Job Description:

Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Sourcer (Fresher)
Location: Lakdi Ka Pul
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US IT Recruiter / Sourcer. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in the US IT recruitment industry. Training will be provided for selected candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Source and identify potential candidates for US IT requirements.

· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Communicate with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and availability.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.





· Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

· Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).

· Valuable communication skills are mandatory.

· Basic knowledge of IT technologies.

· Willingness to work in night shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM).

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
