Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month Job Responsibilities Create and develop embroidery designs as per brand and customer requirements. Prepare embroidery artwork, layouts, and design specifications. Select suitable embroidery patterns, colours, threads, and techniques. Coordinate with the sampling and production teams for design execution. Check embroidery samples and ensure the final output matches the approved design. Make necessary changes based on feedback and production requirements. Ensure accuracy in design placement, size, colour, and detailing. Research new embroidery trends and develop creative design concepts.
Maintain design files and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Coordinate with merchandisers, designers, and production teams for smooth execution. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in embroidery designing. Valuable understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, threads, and embellishments. Solid creative and design skills with attention to detail. Ability to understand design references and convert them into production-ready embroidery designs. Positive communication and teamwork skills. Candidates with fashion/apparel industry experience will be preferred.
