Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Zumba Instructor role based in Bengaluru South. The Zumba Instructor will lead energetic group fitness sessions, demonstrating secure and effective dance-based movements while maintaining high levels of motivation and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning class routines, selecting appropriate music, guiding participants of varying fitness levels,



and adapting sessions to individual needs. The role involves monitoring participant progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment in line with 4CHAMPZ standards. The Zumba Instructor will also interact with students, community members, and organizational partners to promote classes and support overall program participation.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Zumba Instruction and Zumba skills, with the ability to lead dynamic group sessions.
Candidates should possess Fitness Instruction and Teaching skills to design safe, effective, and engaging workout routines.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, support participants, and build positive relationships.
Relevant certifications in Zumba or group fitness instruction are highly beneficial.
