They are seeking for an IT Automation & AI Specialist – GHL | Remote | Part time for their Australian client on a long-term consulting basis.

Roles & Responsibilities
Build & optimise automations using GHL, Make, Zapier, Power Automate & APIs
Turn ideas into solutions — from requirements and testing to live deployment
Connect systems & clean up data across GHL, Wunderbuild, Sheets and more
Explore AI & agentic workflows and identify where they can create real business value
Spot repetitive work & fix it with easy, practical and cost-conscious solutions

Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in IT Automation, Workflow Automation, Systems Integration, or a similar role.




Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflows
Practical experience with Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and data mapping/integrations.
Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, testing/UAT and troubleshooting automation workflows.
Solid English communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with Australian clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and document processes/solutions.
Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging agentic workflow concepts.
Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Availability to work 8:00 AM–1:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
