Role primarily involves end to end payroll processing, process the payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
A big part of job will be processing of On-cycle, Off cycle checks. Exception handling, running the audit report, payroll balancing.
Respond and resolve the queries from employees and other stakeholders in a timely manner
Stay up to date with the tax changes and their implications for the assigned BU.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
Should have experience in SAP FICO module and should know how to park and post a transaction in SAP
Knowledge of SAP and SAP T-codes for Payroll accounting process
