This role sits within the central media team responsible for driving measurable business and brand outcomes. As a Media Manager, you will plan, execute and optimize multi-media integrated campaigns that drive attributable customer growth — connecting media investment to business results with precision and accountability.
Key job responsibilities
Plan and optimize media campaigns with transparent accountability to media KPIs and key business/brand metrics
Manage budgets and pacing to maximize media-driven business impact across all mediums/activation platforms.
Surface insights from campaign data to inform investment decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with brand, analytics, and creative teams to ensure media amplifies business priorities
Will have full accountability from planning to execution on social and programmatic platforms.
A day in the life
Most of your time goes into planning, building, and optimizing multi-media campaigns — constantly connecting media spend to business outcomes.
You'll work cross-functionally with category teams, creative partners and measurement analysts, bringing the media point of view to strategy conversations and telling the investment-to-impact story in Weekly Business Reviews.
Beyond execution, you'll run experiments — incrementality studies, creative A/B tests, current channel pilots. You'll challenge legacy plans and propose smarter ways to drive outcomes.
