AGM / DGM – Tender Sales

Location: HO – Bandra, Mumbai

Reporting To: Head of Department / GM

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry: Power / Energy / Transformer Oils / Industrial Oils / Electrical / Petroleum / Railways / Coal / EPC

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AGM/DGM – Tender Sales skilled to manage the end-to-end tendering and order execution process for government, PSU, SEB and EPC clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and manage tenders through GeM, SEB, PSU, Railways, EPC and other procurement portals.
Handle complete tender lifecycle including tender search, vendor registration, pre-bid, technical/commercial bids, price bids and order execution.
Coordinate EMD, PBG/BG, inspections, documentation, dispatch, billing and payment follow-ups.
Manage client meetings, technical/commercial clarifications and commercial negotiations.
Develop relationships with PSUs, SEBs, Power Utilities, Railways, EPCs and Power Plants.




Monitor competitor pricing, tender results and improve bid-win ratio.
Coordinate with Technical, Commercial, Finance, Production and Logistics teams for timely execution.
Generate new enquiries/leads and support vendor registrations and business development.

Ideal Candidate:

8–12 years of relevant Tender Sales experience, with solid exposure to Government/PSU/SEB tenders in Power, Electrical, Transformer Oils or Industrial Oils. Robust communication, negotiation, documentation and client-handling skills with willingness to travel.
