Position Summary
Key Requirements
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
ITIL certification preferred.
Experience in Incident Management, Service Requests, troubleshooting, ticketing, and SLA adherence.
Ability to resolve issues remotely and escalate complex incidents when required.
Experience with knowledge base and ticket documentation.
