Hyfo Homes is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build robust customer relationships and convert leads into successful site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage incoming customer leads effectively.
Connect with potential customers through calls and understand their property requirements.
Generate and convert leads into successful site visits.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Convert qualified prospects into successful bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, site visit, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide complete information regarding projects, pricing, locations, and available inventory.
Stay updated with the latest real estate projects and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and performance-driven environment.
