Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with robust expertise in Power BI and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, report development, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Power BI and data analytics domain
Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service
Robust expertise in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M)
Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
Good experience in SQL (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
Experience with row-level security (RLS) in Power BI
Knowledge of data visualization best practices




Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Design and implement data models (star/snowflake schema)
Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy
Optimize report performance and manage large datasets
Build complex DAX measures and manage data modeling
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs
Understand and contribute to end-to-end data architecture
Handle data refreshes, scheduling, and deployment
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance
Maintain documentation for reports and data models

Positive to Have

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau) or Azure technologies is a plus.
