Job Title: MEPF Purchase Executive (Fire Fighting)

About the Role

Vaidyanath Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a MEPF Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in procurement for fire fighting projects. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing fire protection materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely material delivery for project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Procure fire fighting materials such as pipes, fittings, valves, sprinklers, hydrant systems, pumps, and accessories.
Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors.
Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with project and store teams for material requirements.
Maintain vendor database and purchase records.
Ensure cost-effective procurement while meeting project timelines.

Requirements




2–5 years of purchase experience in the Fire Fighting/MEPF industry (Mandatory).
Knowledge of fire fighting materials and vendors.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Immediate joiners preferred.
