Job Description: Digital Marketing Creator, US Market

This is an individual contributor role responsible for producing content and graphics for Rangam's social and digital marketing channels, with primary depth in marketing to a United States audience. This person creates platform-ready assets within brand guidelines, adapting content for United States based personas and social platform nuances.

This role's defining requirement is proven expertise marketing to a United States audience via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or Instagram.

Core Responsibilities

Content and Graphic Production
Produce content and graphics for social and digital channels, working within brand guidelines and creative direction
Adapt copy and creative for platform-specific format, tone, and length requirements across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
Ensure every asset is polished, on-brand, and aligned to a US-based audience

Social Platform Execution for a US Audience
Apply working knowledge of US cultural context, seasonal moments, platform trends, and audience behavior to content and timing decisions
Navigate platform-specific policy and disclosure requirements relevant to a US audience, including FTC sponsored content guidelines where applicable




Ensure content reads as authentic for a US viewer.

Cross-Functional Participation
Contribute to content review and creative feedback cycles with marketing leadership
Stay current on platform trends and best practices for US audience engagement
Performance Metrics
Content quality and platform engagement performance relative to US audience benchmarks
Turnaround time from request to finished, publish-ready asset
Consistency and brand accuracy across delivered assets

Required
As part of the interview process, you will be requested to demonstrate your experience in campaign work targeting US audiences specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat, evidenced by a portfolio showing actual campaigns, engagement data, and audience geography.
Working fluency and experience with producing content aligned with United States cultural reference points, slang, humor, and social norms.

Preferred
Experience with Snapchat and TikTok.
HubSpot proficiency, or rapid ramp capability on a comparable marketing automation platform
Graphic production experience within brand template systems (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
