We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Monitor expenses and support budget tracking
Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial matters
Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations

Required Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Positive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes
Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
Prior experience in a similar industry
