We are looking for a responsible and guest-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join the pre-opening team of our upcoming 4-star property in OMR, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring room and public-area standards, handling guest requirements, preparing duty rosters, and coordinating closely with the Front Office team.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Housekeeping in a reputed 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel.
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor preferred.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Robust knowledge of housekeeping procedures and room inspection standards.
Ability to prepare duty rosters and effectively allocate staff.
Good coordination skills with Front Office and other operational departments.
Pleasant personality, skilled grooming, and a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
