Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in real estate/construction to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, project finance, MIS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting, financial reporting, and monthly MIS.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets, costs, and profitability.
Monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, and project expenses.
Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with applicable RERA and Companies Act requirements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts,



variance analysis, and management reports.
Strengthen internal controls and identify financial risks.
Supervise the finance & accounts team.

Requirements
Qualified CA with 3–8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in real estate/construction preferred.
Solid knowledge of taxation, project accounting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹8,602.25 - ₹41,731.70 per month
