About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a robust talent pipeline for Qorvatech.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate assessments and interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the recruitment/MIS database.
Track candidate pipeline, interview status, selections and joining.
Handle candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
