Responsibilities:
Supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and interior works.
Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of finishing activities.
Ensure timely completion of works as per project schedule.
Conduct quality inspections and rectify finishing defects/issues.
Maintain material consumption records and ensure proper utilization of materials.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
Ensure safety standards and housekeeping at site during execution.
Assist in measurement verification and billing of contractors.
