The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and coordinating with external service providers when needed to maintain a protected and pleasant setting for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Check and ensure proper functioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, fans, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems.
Carry out minor repair works such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing bulbs or switches.
Monitor and maintain tools, cleaning materials, and maintenance supplies.
Report any major maintenance issues or breakdowns to the manager immediately.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services (e.g., AC, electrical, plumbing).




Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained within the premises.
Support event or display setup and dismantling as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Ability to handle cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics (preferred).
