We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Interior designer to design and manage medium to large-scale projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate should bring a solid sense of design, handle the client, technical rigor, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior projects from conceptualization through construction documentation and execution.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Develop presentation materials, check working drawings, GFCs, and detail documentation.
Oversee site implementation to ensure alignment with design and quality benchmarks.
Ensure timely delivery of project stages with effective time and resource management.
Guide and mentor junior team members in both creative and technical aspects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
Robust communication and coordination skills—both visual and verbal.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and building systems.
Experience handling site execution and consultant coordination.
A keen design eye and ability to work within luxury design language.
