We are looking for an experienced Global IT Asset Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across a large enterprise environment. The role requires solid expertise in IT Asset Management, CMDB governance, ITSM tools, reporting, audit support, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, maintenance, transfer, disposal and refresh.
Develop and maintain an effective asset management plan for the organization.
Ensure high data accuracy and governance within CMDB and ITSM systems.
Update, analyze and refresh CMDB data on a regular basis.
Monitor asset performance, utilization, maintenance cost and downtime.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards and audit requirements.
Support audit activities through accurate reporting and asset documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to align asset management practices with business goals.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships for timely and cost-effective asset management.




Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITAM best practices.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with robust exposure to CMDB, ITSM tools, asset lifecycle management, governance, reporting and audit support. Experience working in a global or large enterprise environment will be preferred.
