Job Summary

NILAMADHABA FISH AND FISH SEED FARM is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, GST documentation, bookkeeping, and financial records.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Tally/Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Manage accounts using Tally/Tally Prime.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
Perform cash, bank, and ledger reconciliation.
Monitor receivables and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
Assist with monthly accounting reports and statements.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.




Support other routine accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
B.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification preferred.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience or above.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
Practical knowledge of GST and accounting procedures.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in billing, bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Language Preference
Odia – Preferred
Hindi – Preferred
Basic English communication will be an advantage.
