Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
Assist customers and provide excellent product guidance and service.
Demonstrate products and explain features, fit, and safety perks.
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle billing, reporting, and daily operational activities.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company standards.
