We are looking for a Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Follow up with patients and maintain regular communication.
Answer patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience.
Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.
Qualification Plus Two or any Degree.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
