Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales activities, develop current business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, team management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and generate recent business prospects and potential customers.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and business opportunities.

Eligibility & Skills
B.Com (Pass) is required; MBA in Marketing/Finance/Business Management will be preferred.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
