Manage day-to-day IT operations, systems, hardware, and software.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
Support LMS, CRM, ERP, and other software/platforms used by the company.
Provide technical support for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and online classes.
Manage IT assets, user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and licenses.
Support smart classrooms, projectors, cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment.
Monitor backups, antivirus, system security, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers,



and software/hardware vendors.
Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and troubleshooting logs.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and minimize downtime.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
