Job Role- Sales Executive

Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive with our Budget Policy team.

Budget Policy is an insurance brokerage that helps people who are travelling to Australia obtain the insurance they need. Whether someone is going to Australia to study, work, visit family, or migrate, they are often required or strongly advised to have appropriate health or travel insurance.

In this role, you will not be selling Budget Policy's own insurance products. Instead, you will promote and sell insurance plans from well-known third-party insurance providers such as Bupa, Allianz, NIB, Medibank, and other leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote company products and services




Provide detailed product briefings to clients and confidently handle objections
Build rapport with clients and retain their interest during calls
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are met.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international call center or insurance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Robust persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
