About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven Vendor Sourcing Executive to identify, onboard, and manage vendors/suppliers for our data acquisition needs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management experience — no technical background required.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential vendors, agencies, and independent suppliers across markets.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through calls, emails, and meetings.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and licensing terms with vendors.
Onboard new vendors and manage ongoing vendor communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and timelines.
Track vendor performance, pricing trends, and market rates.
Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.

Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in vendor sourcing, B2B sales, procurement, or business development.




Comfortable with cold calling/outreach and vendor follow-ups.
Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Vendor Sourcing, Procurement, Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with strong communication/sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in vendor/supplier management or B2B sales.
Exposure to procurement or sourcing platforms.
Basic understanding of contracts/licensing terms (training will be provided).
