We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate / Legal Associate who has completed their diploma in law and possesses a valid Sanad. The candidate will assist in handling legal matters, drafting, court appearances, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents such as agreements, notices, affidavits, petitions, and applications
Handling court filings and maintaining case records
Appearing before courts, tribunals, and authorities (as required)
Conducting legal research and case law analysis
Assisting senior advocates in ongoing matters
Liaising with clients for case updates and documentation
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and timelines

Skills & Requirements:
Valid Sanad to practice law




Basic knowledge of civil, criminal, and property laws
Positive drafting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with court procedures and documentation
Proficiency in MS Word and legal research tools

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling housing society matters, RERA, or property disputes
Court practice experience (even internship level)

Salary:
As per industry standards / based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
