We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production In-Charge to join our food manufacturing facility at Thanjavur.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
Supervise production workers and allocate work efficiently.
Monitor the preparation and processing of food products as per prescribed standards.
Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize production wastage.
Maintain production records, batch records, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Management teams.
Monitor machinery and production equipment and report breakdowns promptly.
Identify production issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned team.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Candidates with relevant food production / FMCG manufacturing experience will be preferred.
Freshers who have successfully completed internships in food manufacturing, production, quality, or FMCG companies are also encouraged to applY
