We are looking for experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our Personal Loan Outbound Sales process. The ideal candidate should have experience in personal loan sales, team handling, customer handling and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Handle and guide team members on daily sales activities.
Generate and convert personal loan leads.
Handle customers and resolve their queries effectively.
Ensure proper product knowledge among team members.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Develop strategies to improve sales and conversion.
Manage daily team activities and ensure effective time management.
Take timely decisions and support the team in achieving targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
