Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to enhance the communication skills, spoken English/French , grammar, pronunciation, and overall language proficiency of students/employees. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions and assessing participants' progress.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct French language training sessions for students/employees.
Improve participants' spoken and written French skills.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication techniques.
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions.
Monitor attendance and maintain training records.




Identify individual learning needs and customize training methods accordingly.
Support participants in building confidence in professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in French , Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Excellent command of spoken and written French .
Solid presentation and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of English grammar, phonetics, and communication techniques.
Ability to motivate and engage learners.
Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, or Spoken French training.
Teaching or training certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
