About the Role
Harvtech Private Limited is looking for a motivated SolidWorks Design Intern interested in developing practical skills in 3D modelling, mechanical design, and engineering drawings. The intern will work with the design team and gain hands-on exposure to real-time design and engineering activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create and modify 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare basic 2D engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
Assist the design team in developing and modifying mechanical components.
Convert sketches and concepts into 3D CAD models.
Support the preparation and updating of drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
Make design changes based on engineering and production feedback.
Assist in checking designs for accuracy and manufacturability.
Maintain and organize CAD files and technical documents.
Support prototype and product development activities.
Learn and follow basic engineering and manufacturing standards.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Candidates with basic knowledge of SolidWorks are preferred.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and 3D modelling.
Understanding of mechanical drawings and dimensions.
Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles.
Valuable learning ability and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work with the design team.
An Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.
