Accounts Manager / F&A; Manager – Job Description

Position: Accounts Manager / Finance & Accounts Manager

Experience: 5–8 years

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance

Industry: Manufacturing / Trading / Real Estate / Services

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.

Handle GST returns, reconciliations and tax-related documentation.

Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.

Prepare MIS reports, management reports and financial analysis.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.

Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly books of accounts.

Review invoices, expenses, journal entries and accounting transactions.

Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Ensure proper maintenance of books, ledgers and supporting documents.





Identify financial risks and improve internal accounting controls.

Supervise and guide the accounts team.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Handle Tally / ERP / SAP / MS Excel for accounting and reporting.

Required Skills:

Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Experience in finalization of accounts.

Robust Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/SAP.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team management and communication skills.
