Ticket Booking and Issuance:
Handle ticket bookings and reservations for flights, trains, buses, and other transportation services.
Issue tickets accurately and ensure all details are correct and complete.
Manage changes and cancellations of bookings as per customer requests.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding schedules, fares, routes, and other travel-related information.
Provide information on visa requirements, baggage policies, and travel insurance.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Coordination with Airlines and Transportation Providers:
Liaise with airlines, railways, bus companies, and other service providers to confirm reservations and secure special requests.
Ensure timely communication with providers for any changes in schedules or policies.
Handle refunds and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
