We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Academic Counselor to support students with Btech degree credit transfer . The role focuses on advising students on transferable credits, academic pathways, and admission requirements for partner and external universities, ensuring a smooth transition into undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities
Advise students on degree credit transfer options to different universities
Evaluate academic transcripts and determine credit transfer eligibility
Guide students on university selection, admission requirements, and program alignment
Coordinate with partner universities to confirm credit transfer policies and articulation agreements
Assist students with application processes, documentation, and deadlines
Maintain accurate student records and transfer evaluations
Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and group information sessions
Stay updated on university transfer regulations, accreditation standards,
and academic policies
Support students throughout the transition process until enrollment is completed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Academic Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with credit frameworks
Experience working with universities, colleges, or education consultancies
Proficiency in student information systems and MS Office
Robust documentation and reporting skills
