Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive a team of Customer Support Executives to achieve daily, monthly and overall loan disbursement targets.
Monitor the complete loan funnel from CIBIL fetch to disbursement and improve stage-wise conversion.
Ensure proper follow-ups on pending/stuck cases and strict adherence to defined SOPs.
Track team productivity, individual performance, calling efficiency and target achievement.
Identify funnel gaps and implement strategies to improve recent & repeat loan conversions.
Coordinate with Credit, IT and other teams to resolve process and customer-related issues.
Analyse performance data and prepare daily/weekly MIS.
Conduct team meetings, provide regular feedback and coach team members to improve performance.
Drive new process improvements, campaigns, automation and business initiatives.
Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan journey.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
