Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of outlets assigned in the designated areas.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures at all outlets.
Monitor inventory control, product ordering, and stock levels.
Lead and supervise outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and service quality.
Drive sales growth and profitability for each assigned outlet.
Implement food cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.




Provide regular performance reports to the General Manager.

Experience:
More than 3 years experience as Area Manager(handling multiple outlets) in F&B; Sector.
Language known: Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam, English
