We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon.

Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in International BPO / Voice Process
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month in-hand
Process: International Travel Voice Process
Shift: Rotational shifts
Transport: Both-side cab / TA
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to travel services
Assist customers with bookings, modifications and cancellations
Resolve customer complaints and service-related concerns
Provide accurate and timely resolutions over voice
Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of International BPO / Voice Process experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Candidates with relevant travel process or international voice experience will be preferred
