Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished carbon products.
Conduct tests: moisture, ash, volatile matter, iodine number, MB value, hardness, pH, bulk density, mesh size.
Prepare COA for finished goods.
Maintain QC lab records, daily reports, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Inspect incoming materials and verify specifications.
Report quality deviations and coordinate with production for corrective action.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
