Job Description:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at the construction/site location, ensuring work is completed as per plans, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers
Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues
Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
Maintain site records such as attendance, progress reports, and material logs
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of work
Report progress and challenges to management regularly
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and project management tools
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other civil engineering software
