Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Certification :
Technology | PCAP / PCEP/Microsoft Certified: PowerShell for IT Professionals

Delivery Skills required are :
Architect enterprise release management and SRE frameworks for multiple applications.
Lead automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and operational reliability initiatives.
Define monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies using Splunk, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
Oversee Windows/Linux server administration and cloud settings (AWS/Azure).
Mentor leads and senior SREs on release management and automation best practices.
Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams for enterprise-level reliability and uptime.




Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
Drive adoption of advanced monitoring, automation, and cloud-native operational practices.
People Management
Identify team skill gap and help them fill those gaps on the project.
Support team to resolve service impediments
ensure team is compliant on project and organization process and meet the compliance objective.
Resolve Teams conflict, ensure reportees are motivated and gives optimal contribution.
Manage Team performance evaluation and feedback
