Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales & Execution Manager to drive business development and oversee project execution for our Basement Parking & Road Safety Products division. The role involves generating new business from builders, developers, contractors, and infrastructure companies, while ensuring smooth execution and installation at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current business with builders, developers, contractors, and consultants.
Identify upcoming construction projects and convert enquiries into orders.
Build robust relationships with architects, PMC companies, and project heads.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
Supervise supply and installation activities at project sites.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure quality standards.




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
3–7 years’ experience in construction sales, building materials, infrastructure products, road safety, or parking solutions.
Robust network among builders, contractors, and consultants preferred.
Experience in B2B sales and project/site execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Civil Engineering/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Valid driving licence desirable.
