Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other channels.
Make regular outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales discussions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Maintain and update CRM, lead trackers, sales reports, and MIS.
Track the status of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
Achieve assigned calling, meeting, follow-up, and sales conversion targets.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales pipeline and performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling customer objections.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Robust MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,532.08 - ₹40,318.16 per month
