We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.
Requirements
6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
