Operations: Run daily shifts, manage food and chicken inventory orders, and oversee product production.
Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate team members while building a positive work culture.
Guest Service: Oversee customer service and quickly resolve any guest issues.
Administration: Handle forecasting, crew scheduling, and basic financial tracking like P&L; (Profit and Loss) interpretation.

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience, with prior management experience strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stock inventory, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
Availability: Willingness to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
