We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our People Operations team and help us attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and optimize job postings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives and other recruitment drives when required.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of technical hiring processes and IT skill sets.
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with HR documentation and onboarding processes.
