Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall construction and project operations.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets, costing, billing, procurement, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance across projects.
Handle multiple projects and resolve critical operational issues.
Lead, mentor, and manage project and site teams.
Prepare and review project progress and performance reports.




Support business development and identify recent project opportunities.
Report directly to the Directors/Management.

Requirements

20–25 years of experience* in Construction & Building.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management preferred.
Strong experience in large-scale building/construction projects.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.
Robust knowledge of project execution, contracts, costing, and commercial management.

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
