About the Company

VS Industrial Stores is a manufacturer and importer of pneumatic pipes, fittings, industrial pneumatic components, spares, valves, and related industrial products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage day-to-day purchase, sales, billing, and general office data entry work.

Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain purchase and sales data accurately.
Prepare and generate sales invoices and other billing documents.
Record purchase invoices and maintain purchase-related data.
Enter sales orders, purchase orders, and other relevant transactions.
Maintain and update product/item, customer, and supplier records.
Handle general data entry and computer-related office work.
Check entries for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams whenever required.
Perform other routine administrative and data-entry tasks assigned by management.

Requirements




Basic computer knowledge and good typing/data-entry skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with billing/invoicing or accounting software will be an advantage.
Previous experience in purchase, sales, billing, or data entry is preferred.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain records systematically.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates from industrial/trading/manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
