Key Responsibilities:-
Installation, commissioning & maintenance of HPLC and analytical instruments.
Attend breakdowns, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance calls.
Conduct equipment demos and operator training.
Perform validation, qualification and calibration support.
Handle AMC/CMC and service contracts.
Provide technical support and timely resolution of customer complaints.
Maintain service reports and equipment records.
Identify opportunities for spare parts, consumables & service business.
Coordinate with sales team for technical and customer requirements.
Visit customers including IITs, NITs, universities, pharma & food companies.
Travel within assigned territory and other parts of India as required

Qualification:-

B.Tech/B.E can apply.

Freshers can also apply .

Required Skills:-
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driving license preferred.
