About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sports trends, and current affairs.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for content creation.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and overall page growth.
Manage community engagement, comments, and messages professionally.
Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
Support social media campaigns, events, launches,



and promotional activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
Robust understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of reels/video content is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
Candidates with sports, lifestyle, events, or agency experience will be preferred.
